Windows Not Assign Drive Letter To USB External Drive

It is convenience to use USB portable external hard drive to backup or transfer files to others. I'm using PATA and SATA USB hard drive enclosure for backup. After transferring files into few USB external hard drives, Windows (Windows Vista or Windows 7) are not showing my USB external hard drive in "Computer".

By right click "Computer" and select "Manage", click on "Disk Management", the USB external hard drive appear as "RAW" and not accessible under file explorer.

Video Link Missing In Facebook

        The video link of my upload videos in Facebook has been removed after Facebook major updates recently. After google for some answer, some recommend look into account settings, application settings etc... but all these tips are not work anymore. Searching via Facebook help, it suggest to click on "more" in the left panel to show more apps or link but just don't get my "video" link.
        At the end, I've found out that all my uploaded video has been put together into "photos" section. Just click into your own profile then click on Photos,  click "see all: videos".
