Soon, portable devices such as cell phones, PDAs, portable media players could have a bigger screen with Philips Readius e-Paper.

The Philips Readius is a flexible electronic paper that is manufactured by a Philips subsidiary, Polymer Vision. This piece of technology is based on organic/polymer TFTs and applied to a plastic substrate via a low temperature method.
