FireFox plugin - FlashBlock

Macromedia Flash presentation is nice and fancy for web page, but it takes time to download and may slow down my surfing performance. So I decide to install the Firefox extension plugin - FlashBlock.

After install the FlashBlock, it'll show a Flash icon in web page which let me to choose whether I want to open the Flash presentation or not. Its great for my surfing experience and bandwidth utilization.

Flashblock is an extension for the Mozilla and Firefox browsers that takes a pessimistic approach to dealing with Macromedia Flash content on a webpage and blocks ALL Flash content from loading. It then leaves placeholders on the webpage that allow you to click to download and then view the Flash content.
Flashblock currently blocks the following content types:

* Macromedia Flash
* Macromedia Shockwave
* Macromedia Authorware
